Equality, diversity and inclusion

The British Elite Athletes Association is committed to representing and championing the diversity within our membership.
We provide advice to athletes on sexuality, parenthood, disability rights, religion and more, ensuring every one of our members feels included and supported within their sport.

With a dedicated ED&I Lead, LGBTQ+ and ED&I Ambassadors, and links across sport to other bodies, we have experts in place to support the elite athlete community regardless of their background.
